by Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi

Psychologist Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi, in his book "Flow : The Psychology of Optimal Experience", introduces the reader to the state of optimal experience he calls "flow". In the book, he explains what exactly constitues "flow", how to improve one's quality of life by leveraging it, and how to achieve it, even at will.
